Do you have poor self-esteem, fears of abandonment, and trouble communicating in a relationship? Do you have an ‘unhealthy dependence’ on relationships, and a sense of responsibility for others? Codependency is a behavioral condition in a relationship where an individual will enable, sacrifice, and support another person’s addiction, illness, reckless or immature behavior, and poor mental health. Have you been impacted by problematic relationships, infidelity, or sex addiction? You might feel lost, betrayed, and alone. Do you ask yourself, "How do I keep ending up in these relationships?". Core beliefs are the foundation of our being but when they cause us pain, embarrassment, and shame we can become depressed, anxious, fake, and withdrawn. Do you compare yourself to others (I call this Comparanoia)? Do you tell yourself “I am stupid”, “I am worthless”, or “I am not good enough”? If so, then your core beliefs may be contributing to your pain today.
Often, these beliefs are rooted early in life and together we will explore, gain insight, and understand how certain behaviors (avoiding, fighting, numbing, escaping) are functioning and whether or not these behaviors are taking you further away from the life you desire.

Counseling can be beneficial to individuals through distance counseling, also called teletherapy, phone therapy, or internet therapy which is defined as counseling using electronic, telephone, or visual communications.
